| Letter From Rickey----- Dear interested reader. If you want to gain a substatial amount of weight but are having trouble "gaining and maintaining" then you have come to the right source. Fat-fast is based upon time honored weight gain techiniques. It is a simple plan which is not only a dietary guide to "Obesity", but a "lifestyle change" as well. Of course as with any diet some level of personal determination is required. That is why I have made it as easy as possible. It is a "time phased" program. Which means you don't have to stop eating apples and exercising cold turkey. Feel free to read through the page. Try to pay very close attention to the "Fried Food Pyramid" as this is the basic building block. And remember that everyone breaks the rules every now and then. So if you find yourself rebounding back into your old habits of regular physical activity remember- everyone here at Fat-Fast is working for you! |

| The Fried Food Pyramid should be the basic building block for any weight gain regiment. Its rules are founded upon three principles. -Ingestion- eat many large fatty meals throughout the day. -Goals- set short and long term weight gain goals . -Exercise- workout very little or preferable never at all. |
| MONTH 1 - Start to limit physical exercise by at least 50 percent. Add brunch and supper meals. When preparing to ingest take what you would usually eat and double it. MONTH 2 - Limit physical activity to a light strole. Add pre brunch and supper meals to dietary plan. MONTH 3 - By now physical activity should be limited to movement needed for ingestion and digestion only. Begin each meal by stretching the stomache with small foods such as cupcakes and candy corn. This will inhibit you from injuring yourself later while ingesting larger game. Meal size should be increased to approx the weight of a small child. MONTH 4 - Activity of any kind is strictly prohibited. Tubes are a great way to ingest food with out the unneccesary calorie burn of chewing. Fecal matter should be removed via bed pan. This month requires the most dedication so remember your goals and concentrate on them regularly. MONTH 5 - Any movement beyond that which is required to sustain life is off-limits. Avoid speech at all costs and try to keep breaths thin and wispy. Now that your stomache has been thoroughly enlarged constant ingestion is a must. Meals should consist of finely ground whole animals. Remember to remove teeth and fingernails as they will make ingestion more dificult. MONTH 6 - Only one month to go. Blood flow to unneccessary limbs will cease allowing for premium fat gain. You should begin to feel utterly lethargic as you begin to take the next step into comatose. Body functions will most likely stop which will make bodyfat skyrocket. At this point 100 percent of ingestion is immediatly converted to weight gain and optimum fat gain is attained. |
